Chicken chili fry is a spicy and flavorful dish that is popular in Indian and Chinese cuisine. Here is a recipe for cooking chicken chili fry:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2-3 green chilies, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the green chilies and cook for another minute.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
