Chicken chili fry is a spicy and flavorful dish that is popular in Indian and Chinese cuisine. Here is a recipe for cooking chicken chili fry:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2-3 green chilies, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the green chilies and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Add the red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste. Cook for another minute.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or noodles.

Note: You can adjust the level of spiciness to your taste by adding more or less red chili powder or green chilies.
